Where do we begin?

We are Joe and Debbie. We met over a Property Zoom event in lockdown and quickly bonded over our passion for helping people. Joe's dream was to open his own Sports Centre that would cater to people of all ages and abilities to encourage fitness and connection. Debbie's was to open a caravan park offering affordable, safe, and comfortable emergency accommodation for anyone who needed it.  ​

 

We also shared interests in investing, investing in the stock market, crypto, property, and most importantly, in ourselves. We have both invested thousands of pounds into our education and building our knowledge, skills, and confidence. But we also took massive action, within a couple of months we joint-ventured on two rent-to-serviced-accommodation units and realised that our skillsets complimented each other's, so we worked really well together.​

 

Fast forward a couple of years, we now manage a portfolio of properties all over the Country, as well as being CPD-certified mentors, teaching people how to start their own property businesses and do what we do. And we're only getting started!
